We are introducing brand new Preparing for Your certification journey instructor-led training courses for the Associate Cloud Engineer or Professional Cloud Network Engineer certification tracks. Hello all,

Thank you for your patience here. We are receiving a number of requests relating to missing vouchers. Upon further investigation, it has come to our attention that many folks may not have been captured in our voucher campaign because they did not opt-in to the Skills Boost challenge using the campaign code we specified (1m-get-gcp-cert) during the instructor-led sessions. Despite this, we are still committed to honoring those who've completed the challenge by January 31st, with a voucher. If you qualify, we will reach out to you with your voucher as soon as possible.

Even I have completed the quests for PCNE with the campaign code mentioned, marked my attendance too before Jan 31st.

@agrovesThere seems to be some problem with the attendance tracking system. Both my friend and I have attended the PCNE session:

We registered our attendance as per the instructions. We also completed all the quests. But it seems that the system did not capture it properly. We didn't get any update about the exam coupon. I hope the team will resolve this issue soon.

I have marked my attendance during the training and completed the quests.
I have used the code (1m-get-gcp-cert) but on that day I still had credits from other event and I think this could be a problem.

Yeah, sometimes it bugs out but you should still receive something even though you have existing subscriptions.

What the qwiklabs support suggested to me is to open the link using incognito then enter the code. Then login and do any of the labs.

That's what I do now and it works 100% of the time.

The issue has been committed as solved, so guys let the others know here when you'll receive your vouchers. I'm still waiting for mine...

I am also waiting for the voucher. Hope that we will get it soon especially that problem was caused by known issue (already participated in subscription from other event) and we were not informed before that it could cause the problem.

I have received my free vouchers (ACE and PCN). You should have marked attendance and also completed all required quests. I received on Feb 4th or 5th kind. Two separate email with different codes. I even scheduled my exam for March. Hope that helps

I didn't received it, probably because I finished the three badges before this event. It could be true, but still feel disappointment as I reached out to ask about it in email since December, but there is no solution for that and all said that was passed and I need to wait for next time.While this takes u-turn that there is a slim chance to receive the voucher, but at the end I didn't got any.It taught me a lesson to not participating event using existing account or else it will have issue for eligibility.😅 I guess I need to pay fully if I would like to take the exam.Quite disappointing but have to move on.
