Claim 30-days free access to Skills Boost labs

Hello,

I attended the cloud next event virtually and got an email to claim the 30 day free access to skill boost lab upon completing the GSP1150: Generative AI with Vertex AI: Getting Started but due to some reason upon successfully completing the lab , I did not receive the 30 day access so just wanted to check in the community if anybody else faced the same issue and what steps did they take to resolve it ?
