Clarification for swag delivery

Hi all,

I had placed the order for the milestone swags in July and the Printose site still shows the status as "order placed" for me while many others have already received their swags from the standard milestone as far as I can see in the conversations. Can someone clarify when it may be delivered? or whether the status does update when the order is shipped
