I haven't received any mail if my order was confirmed or not but in the whitesquare dashboard. I can see an order ID and it says "processing". Does that mean my goodies order has been placed?

Yes u have placed the order, and you wont get mail cuz here host domain is busy or stopped due to heavy demand
the mail reached the max quota
relax , we may get the mail after some days
you can mail to whitesquarein support with your order ID to figure out your order confirmed or not and within few days they will send confirmation mail.
The confirmation mail will be shared soon due to heavy traffic I think it will be delayed.

yes bro your order is placed and due to server problem confirmation mail is not given but after 26 january confirmation mail was given in your inbox
