DTDC SWAG not received

Hello,

I contacted DTDC via mail to get update for my swag, they replied me via reference number to track.

At checking the status via reference it's showing already delivered but I didn't get it. 

Did it happen to anyone else, or Can anyone tell me what should I do..?

Same issue found. 

I raised a ticket with DTDC, and they responded that the package has been delivered. They closed the complaint, but I have not received the package yet.

The tracking ID also shows it as delivered, but I still haven’t received it.
