Doubt related to prizes in Learn to Earn Cloud Security Challenge

The registrations for Level 1 of Google's Learn to Earn Cloud Security Challenge was full earlier than Level 2 and Level 3. Would anyone be applicable for prizes if they complete Level 2 and Level 3 and not Level 1?

I think you may not get swags for completing level 2 and level 3 because they mentioned that 

for getting swags you need to complete level 1 compulsary.

I'm in the same position and looks like we wont be eligible for prizes. It's frustrating that the signups are done in such a way these situations can occur, should just be one sign up for all levels to avoid situations like this arising. I'm hoping they add more slots for level one, but having emailed support and got a generic "first come first serve" answer it seems unlikely 😞

Ya i can understand you frustration but at present we can't do anything because the google has given only limited slot to enroll  If there is any change to enroll again they will inform.
