Hi Team,

I have cleared GCP associate certificate on 21st Dec 2022 IST , but have not got certificate yet , it has been more than 20 days now , if this is the case , people will not show intrest in taking GCP certification ,please fix the issue that is happenig , my email id is <PII removed by staff>

Yeah, they were only saying "We are closely following up with your case and you will receive the certificate very soon". Still now i didn't got any relevant mail about my certificate!.

I’m facing the same issue. I gave on 21st January 2023 but have not received the certificate yet. Did any of the above people receive the certificate?

Okay that means it took 2 months for you to receive the certificate.

Hi all. I am still awaiting the certificate of my passing in Associate Cloud Engineer exam. It is getting closer to 2 months since I passed. It's very frustrating now. Somebody from the admin team of this forum escalate these issues on a priority basis.

Keep asking to support team eventually they will reply I got my certificate
after one month !!!

Hey mobin, whom did u contact for certificate, I've written cloud digital leader exam on 29th of March, I have cleared it. But I haven't received any confirmation mail after the exam. It's been more than 10 days still I haven't received my certificate. I've raised request for support team twice. But it's not helpful

Same Issue with me,I appeared PDE exam on 29 April 2023. It has been 13 days since I cleared the exam, and I have not yet received my certificate. I was trying to login into @accredible with the same credentials but I am not able to login into it. Also I am not getting any reset password link . Can you help me?

Check both emails on accredible which must have given on webassessor account creation.

Passei na prova de associado engenheiro de nuvem no dia 10/07/2023, mas ainda não recebi meu certificado. Tentei entrar em contato com o suporte, mas não obtive resposta. É difícil acreditar em um exame que nem se preocupa em enviar seus certificados, o que desanima bastante as pessoas que acabam indo buscar conhecimento em outras nuvens.

I gave Associate Cloud Engineer exam on 08-July-2023 and haven't received my certificate. There is a strong reason, GCP is 3rd on the list of Public cloud providers. I had done certifications in both AWS & Azure and there process is super smooth. Most likely my first and last certification with Google.

I also passed my PCA exam on 13 July 2023 but didn't receive the certificate and results yet
and it's really frustrating since google support team is not replying

I also gave my PDE test on 15th July 2023. Even after 12 days, didn't receive any mail of final certificate. I already raised the issue with https://support.google.com/a/contact/certification. Have you received any update from them.

Yeah, I think they have released the certificates for those candidates who appeared in the exam on or before the 10th of July
