I had cleared (atleast that is what I see on Kryterion) my PCA exams on 14th July, still awaiting the official results on email. I have read this forum and understand that google has not been professional at all and unable to give us the certificate in the promised time.
However, can i get some help from people on how to escalate this? Nowhere i have seen any phone number or email address provided where the issue can be escalated.
https://support.google.com/a/contact/certification -> Raising an issue here is neither being acknowledged or any ticket number generated. Not sure if this is even being monitored or recorded.
