Hello everyone,
Recently I had experienced a very odd online exam experience. After logging to the online exam instructions (room & ID) I was waiting in the check in Queue. I got stuck there for 2 hours without any answer from the support emails or a way to interact with the PC as it was locked via the application.
What can I do now about it ? The website said that I missed the exam !
