GKE Autopilot: Qwik Start | Lab failed

The issue showing is Lab failed on Fri, 11 Feb 2022 23:03:55 -0500: Qwiklabs Startup Script error: Error executing terraform apply, see logs for details.

I have been trying to attempt this lab for the past 2 days. But unfortunately, it is showing the issue now as well. Kindly resolve it before the deadline of game "DevOps: A beautiful relationship".
