Where can I enroll/subscribe to google arcade program. I have already visit this https://go.cloudskillsboost.google/arcade but there are no option to subscribe or enroll. I am not sure how to enroll. Please anyone kindly help.

As for now, the new season has not started yet, it is about to begin very soon. What you are seeing at present is the old Arcade season's page. With the new season they'll introduce new games, and also reopen the subscription option there in the page itself. 

Till the arcade reopens for the new season, you might need to create a Google Cloud Skills Boost (GCSB) account if you are new here from this page: https://www.cloudskillsboost.google/users/sign_up (it is preferable to sign in using a regular Google account, new Google account would be better). In order to subscribe to the arcade from the Arcade page, you need to put in the same mail ID using which you have created your GCSB account.

If you already have a GCSB account, what you can do now is wait. 😅
