I still haven't received the prizes from the last Arcade. I've sent several emails to whitesquare and they haven't solved the problem and have stopped replying without giving an explanation or solution.
Does anyone know how I can receive the prizes?

If you are outside India and you haven't got your swags then it's might be some restrictions from delivery partner's end as in some countries the shipment of electronic items is difficult. Drop a new mail
