Not received the mail

I had recently completed the Diwali fest and generative AI course from which I got points but I didn't received any mail from which I can claim the swags or the prizes. Can anyone help me in this matter.

Prize emails will br sent once event ends ie dec last week have patience
and wait.

GenAI course is not a part of Arcade so it will not give you any points. For prize counter mail (shared in last week of Dec or first week of Jan) you must have at least 15 points so that you can claim Standard Milestone swags.

Prize counter mail will only be sent at the end of a season of arcade i.e. at last week of December
