Google Workspace for Education - Access is Denied

Hello.

I was going to take the Google Worspace for Education course (https://www.cloudskillsboost.google/course_templates/757), but I am getting a red banner that says: “Sorry, access to this resource is denied.”

What does this mean? Why did it change? Is there anyway that I can finish this course?
