Will our points be deducted upon redeeming the swags? Like if we have 20 points and if we redeem the standrad milestone swags (15 points now), will we loose the 15 points and be left with only 5 points?

The swag window opens at the end of the Arcade program, so if you don't redeem your swags using the points, they'll eventually expire. It’s best to use them while you can. If you have 20 points, be aware that any extra points beyond the required amount may not be used, based on how the previous Arcade Swag point system worked. However, this may vary for the current session.
