It's takes 4 to 5 hours receive email at exact time the prize counter opens.

In the previous arcade, the mails arrived roughly between 8:00 am - 9:00 am (IST). So I am considering the mails will arrive around this time or if they got delayed then it may arrive till 10 am or 11 am.

Yes, the mail are out in Batch and Milestone wise so wait for sometime.

For Premium+ and Champions Milestone the WhiteSquare link is not working so wait until any update is there.

For all other milestone Printose Link is working you can claim the swags.
