I have already rasied a question of not receiving mails from arcade or qwiklabs team but there was no solution. i have subscribed and updated my settings but still not receiving any mails
I have accumulated 41 + 9 milestone points from last six months.

I got it resolved from the support team bro indeed i just got the link to redeem my swags but not an official mail from Arcade team

Same thing happened for me as well they said they have sent the mail but i didn't receive it
Try the chat feature and state your problem i personally chatted with three different people and the three person helped me he basically said me to wait as they are working to resolve the issue so try reaching out to the support team (through Chat feature).
