Help Center and account issues

Hi Team,

Whenever I try to sign in using my username and password to cloud skills boost I get an invalid error. But I can sign in with Google and complete my labs. Is there a difference in this sign in method? If so, please help me login using username as well. 

After I sign in, the help center only has email support, which when clicked on does not respond at all! There is no chat support as I have seen in the FAQ's.

Is there a problem with my account? Looking forward to your reply!

it's disabled now.  If you find any problem with labs mail to support@qwiklabs.com

you sign with Google , I too use sign in with Google.  Other method is for non google users.

1) With Gmail Id you Sign in to Google Cloud skills boost site (https://www.cloudskillsboost.google/)

2) When you start any lab in Google Cloud skills boost site, with in lab on left side you will find student user name and password for the lab.

3) Always login student username in Incognito mode of chrome browser. In lab if they specify to open any link also open in Incognito only.

After completing all tasks, check task ensure you get green tick mark ( or when you will score 100/100) , click on "End" and confirm

Now close all Incognito windows before login with new lab student username.

When I enter the email and password, I get the attached error. But, when I click sign in with google, I am able to login. Why does it allow me to sign in via one method and then not with the below method, when I input the same credentials?

The other query I had was, after signing in. In the help center there is option for email support. It does not work! When I click on it nothing happens. I have heard from others and seen in the FAQ that there should also be a chat support option. Is it no longer there or its missing from my account here?
