Help with arcade subscribe mail

Hi,

I'm not receiving any mail from arcade's team i have registered this mail (PII Removed by Staff) and completed 11 arcade points but still no mail from the team, can you please check the database that am i registered or not because when ever I put email int the subscribe box it says successfully done but still no mail

Do check if it is their in spam folder or promotions folder . Sometimes that happens
