Are you sure that you have 100 points not credits?
If you have 100 points you can claim Champions Milestone only by using the unique link of Prize counter mail which will be out most probably tomorrow anytime.

 100 is a very unusual number for Arcade points. Any other points like Qwiklabs credits or League points cannot be redeemed.

You probably mean that you have 100 credits for cloud skill boost labs.
