Solved: How do the prize tiers work? - Page 2

Do we need to spend 20 points to claim the Novice tier, and then an additional 40 points to unlock the Trooper tier (total 60 points)? Or do we automatically receive both Novice and Trooper rewards once we earn 40 points?

Just trying to understand if points are spent or just used to qualify for cumulative tiers.

no no not at all you need 40 points only !

once you get 40 points you'll automatically get's eligible for trooper not for novoice and trooper

only 1 set of swags can be reedemable

You will receive prize counter mail in July.

You are allowed to claim only highest prize tier your completed.

As per your query only , if you have 60 points. only Trooper swags allowed to claim.

If you have 60 points, I suggest to complete 5 more points , so that you can target better mile stone.

Higher mile stones always have better swags.

Prize counter mail will only be sent to those who have minimum 20 points and also have subscribed to Arcade before June 27, 2025.

If you have 20-39 points then you will get the swags of Arcade Novice Tier.
If you have 40-59 points then you will get the swags of Arcade Trooper Tier only not Arcade Novice tier.
Similarly for other tier swags you will get the points of that particular tier not of the lower tier as well.

Using one email you can claim only one tier swags not of two tiers so if you want to get the swags from other tier as well it's against the program rules and you might be disqualified from program if you try to use 2 mail ids using same mobile number.
