How long is the current delay in receiving my Digital Leader Cert?

I took the Digital Leader exam via KRYTERION on March 4th 2022 (Remote Proctored) and passed, however I still haven’t received my official exam results from Google yet. 
How long am I expected to wait for results due to the current delay???

My webassessor shows ...but its been 6 days nothing from Google... m really worried ... will i ever get?

I would highly recommend visiting https://www.credential.net/ and logging using your webassessor registered mail id and checking there.  My certificate was updated there but didn't get the mail.

I gave the exam on 19Oct and checked in 25-26 Oct...
It usually takes 7-10 days to release the certificate.

All your google cloud certificates will be updated there... Whenever you will get a google cloud certificate it will update there.

One of my certificate is pending right now, I gave an exam on 8th Dec, But still, no certificate, As it's the last Quarter of the year, there are a lot of candidates having their certifications, So it's taking longer than usual. Have patience you will get your certificate and if it's more than 10 Days you can raise a complaint here

Ohh ok... I gave online proctored. So it does look like normal. It  is just a unusual thing as i got Azure and AWS cfkts within 24 hrs. Lets see....

Did you try submitting the ticket to Support?  I have done couple but they r not responding....will we not get our certificates? Scary  situations........

I have done 2 times. As you mentioned, not been a single reply from anyone from the support team. Some other forums had said that it took 3 weeks to get their certificates. Don't know what to do

I was told by one of the support agent 2 days back that the Certification is delayed due to tech glitch at Google side.. 

 Is the glitch happening only for few people and if it happens does it take google 2-3 weeks to resolve. Utter negligence and lack of accountability. 12 days and counting.......

Hi, received the certificate yesterday morning. I did the exam on the 6th of December. Hence it took around 16 days for me. However, the mail was straightforward including the certificate and the GCP merchant code, etc. Don't lose faith mate. You will get yours soon. All the best everyone 🙂

Guys no need to Over Hype the situation, Google Usually takes 7-10 days to release certificates, And due to the higher demand for certifications in this quarter there is a delay in releasing certificates, hold tight you will get the certificate eventually 5-10 days late. So Hold tight and wait for your certificate.

I am also waiting for mine since passing the exam on 19th December  2022. Raised concerns in the support portal  multiple times. Today I got response but that also without any resolution just to inform me about closing my cases. It's horrible. I don't know how much more time I have to wait for it.

Hi all,

I know that many of you (myself included!) experienced a delay greater than the standard 10 business days when receiving your official exam results from Google, and that some of you may still be waiting on your official pass notification.

I do encourage you to log into your account at credential.net with your Google Cloud certification information to see if your information has been updated there.

In the meantime, this is the information that I have from the certification operations & support team:

"Due to a technical issue with our internal credential management systems and the exceptionally high exam volume in December, the timely release of official results has been impacted. Consequently, the support volume and response time to such inquiries has also been impacted. Google engineers are working on the issue and we hope to be back on track in the coming days. Rest assured that your exam results are stored in Webassessor and once that data is transferred to our credential management system, your results will be released and recorded accordingly. Thank you for your patience!"

It sounds like there is a lot of manual backfill work going on behind the scenes, and while the operations & support team is doing their best, cases may not be resolved and up to date for another couple of weeks. You are more than welcome to inquire about your individual case with them using the support form here; we will be sharing updates as soon as they are communicated to us.
