Then I emailed Printo on the provided email address on the redemption page.
I got my T-shirt within 2 days. 

So stop waiting. Email them. Hope it helps.

Hmm, they said by 23rd March the order page will be updated and they will send me an update but still no go. I'm giving it another day or two before following up again
