How do I know that arcade is activated or not on my account?

You should have received a confirmation email titled like: "Thanks for activating the Arcade!".

You will get it during your first enrollment. So, if you did it already some time ago, it will not come. The email might have landed in the Trash folder as well. Regular emails are sent once per month to the Arcade participants, and they report on the progress in the game.

This issue may have occurred because you didn’t sign up with your email on the official Arcade website, which is essential for successful registration in the Arcade program.

Additionally, ensure you have configured your Cloud Skills Boost profile settings correctly to receive emails. Check if the following options are enabled in your account settings:

  • Send me occasional product updates, announcements, and offers
  • Opt me in for extended time accommodations when applicable

If these options are not enabled, please activate them to avoid missing important emails, such as those related to the Prize Counter.
