How to confirm the response was saved or not in SWAG redemption

I have entered all the details and clicked on the submit button after which it doesn't show any success message. How can I confirm that my response was saved or not?

You should see an email with subject `We have received your order`

Ah, so there should be a confirmation email after all. Ok, thank you for this, as I have not received any, and had my doubts.

Just click that link again it will show the confirmation order message

it didn't showed even after the refresh, filled it again, and now am able to see the tracking info
