How to verify if Google Cloud Training Certificate is authentic or legit

Hi. Currently, we are conducting a pre-employment check for one of your members as part of our client’s requirement. The candidate was awarded Architecting with Google Cloud – Design and Process and we would like to verify if the candidate's certificate is authentic or true. In this regard, we would like to ask for the contact details and/or email address of the  Department to whom we will be sending the verification request.
