Hi, there I have got this mail titled Demurrage charges notification. from FedEx for qwiklabs express goodies. They are asking me to do KYC stuff and I am not interested in doing that. Moreover, they said I might have to pay 5000 rupees after 30 days or so please look into it asap

There is no problem in doing kyc they just need to verify its you 

I too did for MLH prizes.

No, all the cost is pre paid. you dont have to pay anything

For qwiklabs express and certification swags u have to pay the fee then you have to share the payment slip to the concerned person(googler) they will refund it
