Important Update Regarding My Printo Order
Hello everyone,
I want to inform you all about a serious issue I’ve been facing with Printo.
I placed an order which was shipped via DTDC on 21st March 2025 (Tracking ID: D1000621757).
Despite multiple follow-ups, the order was not delivered and no proper updates were provided by DTDC or Printo.
Printo later confirmed they would send a replacement, but even after many days, I haven’t received any tracking details.
It's been over 2 months. This kind of delay and lack of communication is completely unacceptable.
Please be cautious before placing any orders. If anyone else has faced similar problems with Printo or DTDC, feel free to share your experience.

U get it soon. sometime they late the delivery so be patient i also get after 3 month so be patient
It's problem with DTDC. Earlier they used to deliver with OTP. But now a days they deliver without OTP, I think this is where all problem started. I myself observed same problem with amazon also when they have removed OTP for deliveries with up to certain amount.
This problem will continue unless until they revert back to compulsory OTP for all deliveries.
