Is it must to create a new google account to participate in GCSB for 2026 2nd half year?

Can we not participate in GCSB with my existing google account.

I don't want to have a new GMail account every 6 months.

I hope you’re referring to the 2025 Season 2, which runs from 7th July to December 2025

Points will not be awarded for any skills badges completed before 7th July 2025, even if you complete them again

You can play Arcade games to earn points, and complete any skill badges that were not finished before 7th July 2025 to earn points as well

If you use Arcade season 1 Gmail ID:

Points will be awarded for arcade games and skills badges completed from 7th of July 2025 to Dec 2025. 

Points will not be awarded for any skills badges completed before 7th July 2025, even if you complete them again

Yes. 

But if you are planning to complete/aim higher prize tier then it becomes difficult because you won't get points for any skills badges completed before 7th July 2025.

Ex: In Arcade season 1 , Lets consider you have completed 44 skill badges ( 22 Points) , you are not eligible for  these 22 points again. 

Total skill badges available in Google skills boost = 85

So, if you complete all remaining skill badges (85-44 = 41=20.5), You earn  20 Points  . 

Max. points can be earned from remaining skill badges= 20

Max. Points you can earn per month (Arcade games)  = 11 Points

July to Dec 2025 - 6 X 11 = 66 Points (Arcade Games only)

Total Points =66 +20 = 86

Case 2: If you register for facilitator program (4th Aug 2025) also , because you are left with 41 skill badges only, you can reach Milestone 3 only and you you can earn maximum 15 bonus points. 

Conclusion: It depends on individual gamer how many skill badges one has completed in Arcade season 1 and which Prize tier one is aim/target to complete.

Please  you use single Gmail ID to subscribe to Arcade Cohort 2 and Facilitator Cohort 2.

Caution: You are allowed to subscribe to Arcade skills boost Cohort 2 with one Gmail ID only . ( new terms and conditions  from January 2025) . If you use multiple mail ID's in single season you will be disqualified/blocked  from Skills boost.

Note: If be mistake any Gamers already subscribed  with multiple ID's , write a mail to support@qwiklabs.com with all details and also clearly mentioning which Gmail ID you are planning to use in Arcade Season 2

Base camp, L1,L2,L3 (mostly Valid till end of month) - 4 Points

Weekly Trivia (4 ) (mostly Valid till end of month) - 4 Points

Special Game -(ExtraSkillestrial! - July)  ( Its used be posted around 10th or 11th and valid till 19th or 20th of every month. In July posted early and valid till 15th July ) valid for week to 10 days - 2 Points. 

Special game name change every month, but you can notice below the access code "Arcade points: 2" 

The Arcade Certification Zone Game ( Valid for 8 to 10 days , posted around 19 to 22nd of every month depending on weekly holidays) - 1 Point .

Total Arcade Points (4+4+2+1) - 11 Points per month

I have a question, like ok you suggested for a new account creation for the skill badges as they were already completed! So now in the respective account which i used for Cohort `1, 2025....will show the skill badges completed and i can't get points. So that means my points collection circle would reduce? And SkillBoost doesn't add new skill badges?

Lets take xyz profile(login).

Points are awarded based on skill badge generated date. 

ex: skill badge generated on 10th July 2025 in xyz profile will earn points for Arcade season 2 (7th July to Dec 2025)

skill badges generated before 7th July 2025 in xyz profile will not earn points for Arcade season 2
