I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out for assistance regarding an issue I'm encountering while attempting to enroll in arcade games. Regardless of the game I select, I consistently receive the message: "There was a problem joining this game. Authorization Error."
To address this problem, I've attempted several troubleshooting steps. These include trying different browsers, utilizing private mode, logging in and out, and even attempting to enroll in alternative games. Despite these efforts, I continue to encounter the same error message.
I've also attempted to research this error message online but have been unsuccessful in finding any relevant solutions. Additionally, I've cleared my cache, history, and cookies, as well as utilized incognito mode and waited for extended periods.
My attempts to seek assistance through the provided support channels at https://qwiklab.zendesk.com have unfortunately been unfruitful. The responses I receive suggest that this may be a temporary issue, yet it persists for me while others seem to have no trouble enrolling.
I would greatly appreciate any guidance or support you could provide in resolving this matter. Thank you for your attention to this issue.

Just to make sure, dumb question, you do copy the access code from the arcade page and then click on the link and paste the code belonging to that game, correct? For example, you use the access code 1q-trivia-06331 for the week 1 of June? And you have registered for the arcade?
If that is what you do and it does not work, perhaps try other variations? If you can, try with another gmail account, from another computer, and/or from another network (e.g. coffee shop?).
