Dear Altruist and @carrie ,
I received the rewards claim email from the Arcade team at Google Cloud. I am attempting to redeem the rewards for the Arcade points I earned in 2023. However, I am encountering an issue. Has anyone else experienced a problem with the postal code field for Canadian addresses? Printose, the company responsible for dispatching the swag, requires the postal code. Despite entering a valid postal code, the form returns an error message instructing me to 'Enter a valid postal code.' I have double-checked the information, and I am certain that the postal code is accurate. I tried to communicate with Printose, but I am concerned I might miss out on my preferred swag, as the supplies may not last much longer.

Great news, I just tried to redeem my prizes with my Canadian postal code and it didn't give me any validation errors! So try now if you haven't had a chance to redeem the swag! 🎉
Yeah, I had the same issue a few days ago when I tried to redeem my swag with my Canadian address. I sent Printo and Qwiklabs emails about this issue and some other users have also raised this issue with their UK addresses. The problem is that their form's postal code validation only accepts numbers and doesn't account for countries that use both numbers/letters in our postal codes.
Hope they will resolve this soon, unfortunately right now it's the long weekend, so might have to wait till Jan 2 to even get any responses from their end.
I can imagine how frustrating that issue must be. Did you manage to get your case resolved? It seems like a common problem affecting users with both Canadian and UK addresses.
No, I haven't gotten this issue resolved and didn't get any responses from Printo. I contacted Qwiklabs chat support and they said to email Printo again, which I just did.
If this doesn't get resolved by Jan 5, I might just do what another person said and put the postal code in the second address line so that at least it'll show up on the label. That's the last resort as I don't want the delivery process to ALSO encounter issues.
I had the same problem with a hyphen between numbers, it is a bug in the postal code field that any symbol is blocked instead of numbers. I typed just numbers and made the order with it. After that I mailed printo and they asked for the email ID of the registered order. I hope they will add a hyphen in the postal code, but it is not so critical.
Does everybody who had filled the swags form received the response mail from Printo or those who have errors will only receive it?

Thank you for informing us.
