Issues with Arcade Hero: Building Blocks Cloud Run Functions I & III Permissions

Hi Google Cloud Support Team,

I’m encountering a permissions issue while working on the "Arcade Hero: Building Blocks Cloud Run Functions I" and "Arcade Hero: Building Blocks Cloud Run Functions III" labs. Specifically, I don’t have the necessary permissions to enable required APIs or access other technical features critical to completing the labs.

@Yugali Could you please assist in resolving this issue?

Level 3:Cloud run functions labs are fixed now and description also updated.  Skill boost learners can use instructions and console to complete labs.
