Justice for Novice Tier. We have given our 6 months to complete this tier and we don’t deserve a backpack? How funny!

I understand your frustration, but let's look at the bigger picture. The primary goal of this program is to learn new skills and grow professionally. While swags are a nice bonus, they're not the main focus. Maybe the team had reasons for structuring the rewards this way. Let's focus on the learning journey and the opportunities it brings!

In Previous session, they gave good swags to the Novice tier. So Why the team is biased now? Now I feel that I have lost my 6 months.

Please introspect and  honest to yourself .Anyone who done arcade knows , one has to spend time to  learn and complete Novice tier. But 6 months of hard work is only for Novice tier bit exaggerated.

Let's be practical, Prize tiers are designed considering so many factors like time one has to be spend on completing labs, difficulty level of labs, dedication over period of six months.

Highly qualified Google team spends lot of time in deciding swags based on so many factors.

I repeat again please follow rules and regulations of community. Please understand this is digital era and whatever we post on online is tracked and added to our profile.

Everyone has right to request but also important to communicate politely as this not a closed chat group.

Please understand there is Arcade skills boost cohort 2 and facilitator cohort 2 starting shortly.

As you completed Novice , you just started your journey of learning Google cloud , enjoy the moment and start from where left and continue your learning. 

Focus on learning and gaining knowledge and skill which will you to get decent job .

I understand your frustration, but you have to consider the fact that just like you there are participants who have worked hard more than you to earn more points and ranked up. If we all get the same types of swags, then what's the difference between the tiers? I am in the Trooper tier and I do envy the swags of th upper tiers but they are in the higher ranks because they worked hard to earn the points! So I think difference is not really an injustice.

But they can arrange some good or equivalent swags? How can they mismanaged that?

As per @avnish-27 , Maybe the team considered that and planned to decrease the level of swags this year. Also the budget is getting tight for the team as many people doing the arcade programme (IN MY POINT OF VIEW). However last year's swags on Standed Milestone (Novice) was good.

it is not mandatory to keep bag in each tier, they have their diff opinion to add the swags they want. now it is just waste of time to tell that u are not satisfy with swags just leave it and next time keep ur goal to the ultimate milestone......

No offense, but you could easily reach the Novie tier in under two months.

While I believe that the Legendary and Champion tiers from previous cohorts were better than this year's offerings, there's not much I can do about it. The final decision lies with the arcade team, as we are not making any purchases; the items we receive are simply a complement or bonus for learning about their platform.
So maybe you can try again next season and aim for a higher tier.
