Knowing arcade counter

How do I ensure I receive the arcade counter mail? Are there any checks I can perform to be sure that I will be receiving the mail.

If you receive the monthly Arcade Insider, you are subscribed and it will be ok. Plus, watch the forum. Someone will post here in the forum as soon as the mail is out for sure.

To contact a support specialist for help follow the below steps:

 

  1. Sign in with your Qwiklabs email ID.  
  2. At the top right, click ?
  3. In the Help window, select the option you would require

To get to the chat support please follow the below mentioned steps:
1. Sign in to Google Cloud Skill Boost using your registered mail ID.
2. Copy your Public Profile Link from Profile Section.
3. Click on the last 3rd option (Question Mark) in upper bar near your profile button.
4. Select the Chat Support in that and provide the necessary details as asked.

Haha, ikr. Its my first time participating in the arcade. I can totally relate to excitement of everyone here, especially nwebies like me.

If you have received the last months insider mails then its okay you will receive prize counter mail as well. Also please perform certain tasks mentioned below:
1. Subscribe to Arcade on the official page of Arcade once again. (Not Possible at this time)
2. Make your profile public and Check all the check box in settings of you Qwiklabs Account.
3. Ask chat support to add your mail id to their repository.

Please do all these tasks.
