Lab quota exceeded. Chat support option disabled

I am unable to complete the lab "Detect and Investigate Threats with Security Command Center". Each time, I am only able to get 95/100 in the progress bar.  I have retried the lab, but now I have exceeded the quota. Due to this, I am unable to complete the Qwiklabs Trivia December 2023 Week 2. This was my final lab that I needed to complete to get the arcade point. I have tried to access the chat support but that option seems to be disabled. Kindly help. Thank you.

Welcome to the community. Although I am not a participant of Arcade, but in General, you can see if the Email Support is enabled or not, if email support is there, you can email them, at support@qwiklabs.com and ask them to reset the quota for you. Usually at qwiklabs, we have a threshold of 5 for attempting each lab, and when it exceeds, they reset those upon request.

The chat support option works in any tab. Just press the "?" question mark in the upper right corner.
