Learn to Earn ML OPS challenge insufficient credits

On enrolling I received only 9 credits despite the challenge of needing 10 credits.  I want to complete pre requisite for learn to earn but I am stuck due to this. Customer support also doesn't help.

you can use the codes that they give on the Medium platform, in each Qwiklabs article there is a gift code of 9 credits. if you check the codes you will have the credits you need

Start doing your labs for the Prerequisite badge, the time you spend your 1 credit in the lab, you will receive 11 more credits. This means 20 credits will be given to you
