I'm a bit more on the #teamops side.

I've used Terraform for a long time and it's still very popular and I do like it...but my current work has me using Pulumi instead and I must say...it's pretty good.  Documentation isn't as good/detailed, but it provides a very good "developer" experience vs Terraform which feels more "ops/engineer"-ish.  I wouldn't be surprised if Pulumi catches up to Terraform in terms of market share/adoption rate over the next 5-10 years.

Regardless of preference, knowing Infrastructure as Code in today's tech world is a must!
