Meaning of the message: Because of your perform.......??

Hello Everyone,
Can anyone explain me why am i getting this message "Because of your performance in the pre assessment, you have tested out this step."

I just did this second lab but as i moved to do the 3rd lab i got this message do i have to do the 3rd or i can skip it??

If you completed your pre-assesment succesfully, you can skip some labs to earn a skill badge, although if you want to learn you can always do the lab

You can skip those labs but incase if you want to play around you can!
