Missing Hyperlink/Opt-in Option for Module in Arcade Trivia April Week 3

Hi Team,

I am facing an issue with the Arcade Trivia April Week 3 challenge. I have completed the first two modules, but the third module is not showing any hyperlink or opt-in option for me to proceed further.

Could you please help me with this issue?
