Those who have registered earlier, no need to register again. Try completing and earn the badge before 24th january to avoid resetting of labs and losing your progress.  Registration starting from 10:27am IST. But be ready from 10:00am. 

Note that no more slots will open for level 3. Still if it opens then will update you

when i enter the access code and hit join than nothing is happen it stuck there only. I try so many times but still not able to join and yes spots are till there and decreasing rapidly, right now 5000 spots were still there in level 1.

Level 3 is not going to open. And all the other levels may end anytime before 31st jan. Make sure to complete as soon as possible

I have registered for all three levels on 16th Jan. But I failed to complete level 3 lab before 24th Jan. Now I  tried to do that labs. But when I clicked on start lab button, there was no response!

Please help me

It is because all labs had a deadline of 24th after which the whole game closes and you are unable to complete anymore labs.

one more thing that if i unable to complete 1 lab from week 1 then can i get the level 1 badge?

No, you have to complete the labs and then only you will get level 1 badge. If you weren't able to complete then you have to register again and complete all the labs

ACTUALLY one lab is showing that the max limit is exceeded...so is there any solution to resolve it?

You can mail qwiklabs support and tell them to reset the attempts.
