Not Received Google PCA exam certificate

Its been 37 days after giving exam but still not received my certificate. I sent multiple email but other that keep patience no response got from support team. Why they took much time not explaining.  Did anybody having same issue?

I faced same thing which you face right now but i also still not get certificate of Beta: Google Cloud Certified - Cloud Digital Leader

Check your Webassesor account to verify your exam result. Also, look in the Spam folder. The email from credential.net to me landed there.

I have check everywhere but no update anywhere. I have pass the exam.
