I haven't recieved my swags of Jan-July(2024) Arcade Season premium milestone swags. It is almost 8-9 weeks and i haven;t recieved it.When i mail to the printose they said that they are ensuring my order processed and delivered in a timely manner. But still I haven't recieved it.

i'm having the same problem .i placed my premium milestone on August 1st 2024.on the 26 of september 2024 ,i received a mail from whtiesquare that my order has been shipped. when i tried to track the order, through the delivery agency Aramex international , i found these message on the website "
18 sep: important updates: The shippment contains prohibited items and will unfortuanate be returned to the sender.
i don't understand what's going on let Whitequare look into the issues.thanks.
Thanks,But when they sent me mail to view the ticket.When i open to view the ticket it is asking email and password but when i type my mail it is saying username doesn't exist.I don't know what to do in this situation.

I sent one email in 10th of setember, and until now I didnt receive response, neither delivery status update in tracking page.
Is it printose or whitesquare. Mail them again. I mailed 3 to 4 times then i got it.
