I wanted to share an issue I've been experiencing and seek your assistance. Despite my outstanding performance and accumulating 25 points in the Arcade (as of June 30, 2024, excluding bonus points), I have not yet received the email regarding the Arcade Prize Counter, which was supposed to be available on July 22, 2024.

I have already checked both my spam folder and inbox thoroughly but still haven't received the email with the subject '[The Arcade Prize Counter]'. Interestingly, a friend of mine, who is in the same location and has a similar account status, has already received the email and placed his order.
I have reached out to Qwiklabs support and they have assured me that the email should be coming soon, but as of now, I am still waiting.
Could anyone here help me understand what might be causing this delay or suggest any other actions I could take to resolve this issue?
