Not getting credit after completing A Tour of Google Cloud Hands-on Labs

Hello Community,

I recently joined the Google Cloud Innovators program and received an email stating that new users are granted 500 credits for labs and learning on Google Cloud Skills Boost, valid for six months. The email also mentioned that if I complete "A Tour of Google Cloud Hands-on Labs" by March 30th, 2024, I would receive the learning credits.

I've finished the course, but I haven't seen any credits added to my account yet. Since the account I used was provided by Google specifically for this course, I'm uncertain how Google tracks completion. Has anyone else experienced this? Should I expect to receive the credits, or is this simply a marketing strategy?

I have completed the room, but I have not received any credits, and since is not my account but the one I received from google for that room, how does google know that I finish it? will I receive the credits or is just part of the marketing. Someone had has this happened to them?

Sorry to hear you still have issue with claiming the credits, I found this link https://www.googlecloudcommunity.com/gc/News-Announcements/Google-Cloud-Innovators-and-Community-joi... that contains an email address so perhaps they would be able to assist? Also, in skillsboost portal, there is a chat option that I find very useful if I come across any issues

Hi,

Please make sure your skillsboost profile is public. I sometimes have to log out and back in for the credits to show on my account. Hope this is helpful. 

I logged out and in, but nothing came up, and my profile is public. I don't know what to do else
