Not received arcade swag mail

I have not yet receives Arcade swag mail.

I have subscribed to arcade and done everything according to instruction 

Some one please help @Yugali

do one thing 

raise ticket here :- Requests – Qwiklabs Customer Care (zendesk.com)

then in chat support connect to customer support executive and ask them to send your price redemption link in chat. 

By this method i have received my link, So try it once.
