Order Delay and Lack of Response from Printo - Need Help

Hi everyone,

I joined the Google Arcade in May and have accumulated several points. In July, I placed an order with Printo, but I haven't received any updates or tracking information. I emailed them a month ago, and they assured me my order would be shipped soon. However, I still haven't received any updates. I followed up again five days ago and today, but there has been no response.

What should I do next? I've already earned around 70 points in this arcade round, and I want to receive the swag I've worked hard for.

Don't worry , it usually take approximately 2 to 3 months to deliver the product .

3 months (90+ days) have already been passed. I can see Printo's representative person is now dedicatedly and consistently responding to our inquiries with a proper resolution and tracking details are being shared via an email

Thanks to @Babar_Ali  he help me contact Avijit from Printo. and Voila I got the items yesterday.
