You might need to contact the related support team for that. Only the support team might help in this case.
(Links can be removed by staff, hence I'd request you to check the swag provider's website (Printo or Whitesquare) for the mail ID where you can mail them your issue)
May be - Yes, if you have created an account in their website. I don't know about Printo, but in Whitesquare you can visit to -> My accounts -> edit details.
Otherwise, mail them regarding the same.
