Please Help me ⚠️: I completed one Arcade Game (Level 3) of October but didn't get/Received a Arcade

I just completed one Arcade Game of Level 3 of October month 2024 but but after a long time still I didn't get or received any kind of Arcade Points (i check it on so many Arcade Points Calculator but Every Calculator shows me Zero Points 😠🥲). Please somebody check & tell me about this problem 😭🙏🏻

And my 2nd Problem is I can't Subscribed my email id to Arcade Website (official ) when I just try to Subscribed with Arcade then it says You have too many Sign-up request pending 😭. Please take a overview & overcome this problem
