Still the prize counter is not opened yet. Don't worry.

It'll be opened in the last week of June or first week of July 2025.

Please share exact information like which Arcade season you are mentioned of 15 points taken away.

If you are participating in Current arcade season (Jan to Jun 25 ) and earned these 15 points. Do not worry.

Please note swags Prize counter will open in Last week of June/first week of July. Prize counter mails will be sent to to mail ID. please check community posts from Last week of June/first week of July.

If you are talking about the December 2024 prize counter and you have 15 points at that time and no mail was sent to you then the reason might be that you didn't subscribe to Arcade at that time and as already told that if you didn't subscribe to Arcade then you will not get any Prize counter mail.

If you are talking about this year (Jan - June 2025) then the prize counter will open in June last week or in first week of July only and to get prize counter mail you should have at least 20 points and also have subscribed to Arcade before prize counter open. Make sure you have fulfilled both the conditions then only you will be eligible for Prize counter mail.
