Problem with lab "Identify vulnerabilities and remediation techniques"

Hello,
I am doing the lab "Identify vulnerabilities and remediation techniques" and when I click "check my progress" for task 1 (create a virtual machine) I am getting an error.

I think it's fine, and in fact I was able to do the rest of the lab without a problem.

Is there something wrong with Task 1? Any ideas?

I have the same problem.  I can do all the tasks except the first one. Today was my fifth attempt.

Have you tried using the chat support in the Qwiklabs? The support team can provide assistance with your problem almost instantly. You might need to provide exact details of the problem and a screenshot of the issue to them.

Click on the circled question mark on the top right corner of the page, then select chat support and follow the instructions.

According to Qwiklabs support, this issue is related to the lab environment, and they are actively working on resolving it. If you contact them, they will keep you updated on their progress and notify you once the problem is fixed.

thank you very much for the answers. I tried yesterday again (because I see that there are users who has finished the lab) but I had the same problem. And I contacted with the Qwiklabs support and they told me to wait until the issue is resolved... I wanted to finish it, to get the course "Cloud Security Risks" completed :-).
